Our Camping Trip to Strawberry Reservoir

We had so much fun camping. We visited, played games, walked a little and ate a lot.

It got pretty Chilly at night. We were way up high in elevation, but we were told the bear don't usually wander through this camp ground. It is bald of trees. I guess it is above the tree line in evevation.

Hot Chocolate was welcome to warm up with.









Holly and Spencer were dog-sitting Blake and McKinlie Isaacson's dog "Griffin". He looks and acts just like Jack.

Doug makes the BEST samores! The secret is to melt the chocolate before you assemble the decadent treat.

Teaching Dad the higher laws of samore making. I am pretty sure Dad ate close to a half dozen of those things. And he wondered why he didn't feel so well the next day

July Fun

For Mom's 54th Birthday we went to Cheese Cake Factory for Dinner. Aunt Polly provided the idea with a gift card. What a terrific meal. (Dad was there taking the picture.)





Dad turned 58 yrs old on July 23rd 2009. Holly and Spencer prepared a yummy "Breakfast" Dinner of Stuffed French Toast.
